LexSteward is a trading name of 1001657667 ONTARIO INC., a company registered in Ontario, Canada. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “LexSteward” mean that company. You can reach us at support@lexsteward.com.

Figures are drawn from published government sources as of the date shown on each tool and change over time; results may not reflect current law or the facts of your situation.
Sources and accuracy
Each figure is sourced from a primary government authority (for example the VA, SSA, IRS, USCIS, or the U.S. Trustee) and dated. Jurisdiction-specific figures are shown only where the underlying data has been verified; where it has not, the tool says so rather than displaying a number. We monitor each source on its own update cadence, but do not warrant that every figure is current at the moment you use it.
Firm advertising
Where these tools appear under a law firm’s brand, the firm is responsible for them as its own attorney advertising and approves their content. LexSteward is a marketing-technology platform, not a law firm, and does not provide legal services.
What a subscription includes
A LexSteward subscription is a licence to use the platform for your firm for the period you have paid for. Plans are priced per attorney (Practice Management) and per firm (Marketing), at the prices shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. We are a software platform, not a law firm, and we do not provide legal services.
Billing, renewal, and the Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com Market Ltd., which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, applicable taxes, and billing enquiries, and Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the transaction in addition to these terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you before any price change affects you.
Free trial
Subscriptions are not open yet. When they open, every plan will start with a 14-day free trial. A payment method will be required to start the trial, and no charge will be made until day 14. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will begin automatically on day 14 and the card on file will be charged the plan price. You can cancel at any time during the trial with one click and you will not be charged.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access for the period already paid for. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. The full terms — including how to request a refund and how long it takes — are in our refund and cancellation policy. You can export everything your firm has created at any time, before or after cancelling.
Acceptable use
Use LexSteward for your own firm’s lawful practice. Do not resell or share access outside your firm except under a partner agreement with us, attempt to breach or probe the platform’s security or another tenant’s data, or use the platform to break the law or your professional obligations. We may suspend an account that does.
Storage. Storage is unlimited on every plan. We don’t cap it and we won’t cut you off — document-heavy practice is expected and covered. It is for your firm’s client and matter files: it is not a general-purpose backup drive, media host, or archive for systems unrelated to your practice. If usage is plainly outside that purpose, we’ll talk to you first.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the firm and LexSteward disclaim all liability arising from your use of, or reliance on, these tools. Do not rely on a tool, consult a licensed attorney before taking or refraining from any action.
